While American Heritage was operating as a publishing company, the challenges within education continued to grow.

We believe a lack of competency and interest in science, math, reading and U.S. history not only hinders success for our students, it jeopardizes the future of our country as a whole. With input and support from our network, American Heritage decided to leverage its assets and establish a nonprofit organization in order to be part of the solution.

American Heritage Society is a non-partisan, nonprofit organization committed to improving our nation’s future through education. We are developing new content, online communities and educational resources designed to support teachers’ efforts to provide rigorous instruction, as well as improve college and career readiness among our nation’s students.

Mission & Values

We believe American citizens and future generations must understand our nation’s heritage in order to advance our country and compete in a global economy. Leveraging meaningful content from American Heritage Publishing, we are able to seamlessly integrate historical context into engaging educational programs.
